Umrah by road from Dubai travels by air-conditioned coach directly to Makkah in approximately 12 to 14 hours, with scheduled rest stops, on-board meals and a licensed guide for the full journey. The package runs for 8 nights, 6 in Makkah and 2 in Madinah, and includes hotel accommodation, the Umrah visa, transfers and Ziyarat in both cities. It is one package. We have kept it simple because the road journey has a natural rhythm: six nights in Makkah is enough to perform Umrah, rest and do Ziyarat properly, and two nights in Madinah allows for the Prophet’s Mosque and the surrounding sites without a hurried departure.

Day 1 · Transit
Depart Dubai by coach
Rest stops and meals en route, timed around the prayers. Arrive Makkah late evening.
Day 2 · Makkah
Umrah
Perform Umrah on arrival or this morning, with the guide if you wish. The rest of the day is for rest.
Day 3 · Makkah
Makkah Ziyarat
Jabal al-Nour, Jabal Thawr, Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah with a guide who explains what you are seeing.
Day 4 · Makkah
Free days at the Haram
Days 4 to 6 are yours in the Haram. Many pilgrims perform a second Umrah from Masjid Aisha.
Day 7 · Transit
Coach to Madinah
Transfer in the morning, then afternoon Ziyarat: Masjid Quba, Mount Uhud and Masjid Qiblatain. Maghrib at Masjid an-Nabawi.
Day 8 · Madinah
Madinah
Morning at Masjid an-Nabawi. Rawdah visit for those who arranged their permit in advance through the Saudi Ministry’s official app.
Day 9 · Transit
Return coach to Dubai
The coach home, with the same rest stops and meals along the way.

Questions about the road
How early should I book my Umrah?
Three to four weeks ahead is comfortable for most dates. For Ramadan, Eid and school holidays, book six to eight weeks ahead: hotels near the Haram fill early and prices rise.
Do you publish prices?
No. Prices move with dates, hotels and group size, so a fixed number online is usually wrong by the time you read it. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and who is travelling, and we send a clear written quote the same day.
How long is the road journey from Dubai to Makkah?
Approximately 12 to 14 hours each way, with scheduled rest stops for prayer and meals. We time departures to make the overnight section as comfortable as possible.
Is the coach air-conditioned?
Yes. The coach is fully air-conditioned with comfortable seating for a long journey.
What documents do I need for Umrah by road?
A passport valid for at least six months, your UAE residence visa, an Emirates ID copy front and back, a passport photo, and the Saudi visa we arrange for you. Some nationalities also need a vaccination record.
Is the road package suitable for elderly travellers?
It can be, though the length of the journey is worth discussing with us first if anyone in your group has mobility or health considerations. We are happy to talk through whether road or air suits your family better.
Do you stop for prayer and meals during the journey?
Yes. Rest stops are scheduled around prayer times and meals throughout both legs of the journey.
Can I add Ziyarat or a Rawdah permit to the road package?
Ziyarat is included. The Rawdah visit permit is different: it must be booked by each passenger individually through the Saudi Ministry’s official app before they travel. We cannot book it on your behalf, but if you have questions about the process we are happy to help on WhatsApp.
