Our family packages take either the air or road journey and reshape it around who is travelling: connecting rooms or a quad room confirmed before departure, a cot where needed, shorter Ziyarat days, flexible prayer timings, and wheelchair or medical support for older relatives. Family rates are per room, not per head.

Connecting rooms, quad rooms or a cot, agreed with the hotel and confirmed to you in writing before you pay a deposit. Not on arrival.
A slower rhythm
Later starts, shorter Ziyarat days, and rest built into the plan. Prayer times are flexible when a child needs a nap.
Support for older relatives
Wheelchairs at airports and for Tawaf, ground-floor or lift-access rooms, and medical coordination where it is needed.
Air or road, your choice
Families with young children usually fly. Larger families sometimes prefer the coach. We shape either around you.
How family rates work
Family rates are calculated per room, not per person, plus visas and, on air packages, flights.
- A family of four in a quad room pays for one room, four visas and four flights.
- Children under two share a bed and are charged for visa and airfare only.
- Connecting rooms are priced as two rooms; a cot is usually free.
Tell us the ages of everyone travelling and we will send a quote that shows each line clearly.

How are family rates calculated?
Per room, not per head. A family of four sharing a quad room pays for the room plus visas and, on air packages, flights. Children under two share a bed and are charged for visa and airfare only.
Can you arrange connecting rooms or a cot?
Yes, subject to the hotel. Tell us the ages of your children when you enquire and we will confirm connecting rooms, extra beds or a cot in writing before you pay anything.
Do you provide wheelchairs and airport assistance?
Yes. We arrange wheelchair support at Dubai, Jeddah and Madinah airports, in the hotels and for Tawaf, plus meet-and-assist on arrival. Tell us what is needed and we will confirm it in writing.
