Day 1 · Transit
Depart the UAE
Fly from Dubai, Sharjah or Abu Dhabi to Jeddah or Madinah depending on your itinerary direction, then transfer to the hotel.
Day 2 · Makkah
Umrah in Makkah
Umrah on the first evening or this morning, together with the guide. Rest and reflection in the afternoon.
Day 3 · Makkah
Makkah Ziyarat
Guided visit to Jabal al-Nour, Jabal Thawr, Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah, with the significance of each site explained.
Day 4 · Madinah
Transfer to Madinah
Afternoon Ziyarat: Masjid Quba, Masjid Qiblatain and Mount Uhud. Maghrib at Masjid an-Nabawi.
Day 5 · Madinah
Madinah and return
Morning at Masjid an-Nabawi, then the return flight home.

Corporate incentive Umrah
More UAE companies are offering Umrah as a reward for long service, high performance, or as part of a staff welfare programme. For Muslim employees it is a gift that carries lasting personal meaning, one that consistently produces stronger loyalty and morale than equivalent cash or voucher programmes. It is also a visible expression of cultural inclusion for employers with a diverse, predominantly Muslim workforce.
We work directly with HR or the designated company coordinator, not with individual employees. Visa processing is handled in bulk. A single group departure is arranged. One invoice, one contact, one WhatsApp thread from booking to return.

Performing Umrah should be possible for every Muslim who wishes to make the journey. We work with associations, welfare organisations and support groups to arrange Umrah trips where every logistical detail, from mobility support and medical coordination to pacing and accommodation access, is planned in advance around the specific needs of each participant.
We do not offer a fixed accessible package. We ask about your group’s specific requirements and build the itinerary around them. That means:
- Slower pacing with more rest built in
- Wheelchair-accessible transport throughout
- Ground-floor and accessible hotel rooms confirmed before departure
- Medical coordination with licensed local providers, including dialysis appointment arrangement
- Clear WhatsApp updates to families at home throughout the journey
Questions from coordinators
Can we split a corporate group across multiple departure dates?
Yes. For larger programmes we often recommend two or three cohorts, which also reduces operational risk.
Do you handle visa paperwork for all employees?
Yes. We collect documents through a coordinated process and submit in bulk. HR receives one status update covering the whole group.
Do you issue a single invoice for a corporate group?
Yes. One invoice, one payment, one contact throughout.
Do you arrange Umrah for participants who use wheelchairs?
Yes. Accessible transport, ground-floor rooms and assistance during Tawaf and Ziyarat are all arranged in advance. Please share mobility needs as early as possible.
Can you accommodate participants with autism?
We plan with sensory considerations in mind: quieter visiting times, shorter sessions, more predictable scheduling. Talk to us about your group’s specific profile and we will tell you honestly what we can arrange.
Can you coordinate medical appointments including dialysis during a group trip?
Yes. We work with licensed providers in Makkah and Madinah. These arrangements must be confirmed before departure, not arranged on arrival.
Do families receive updates during a group trip?
Yes. We provide regular WhatsApp updates to a designated family contact throughout the journey.
