We arrange structured Umrah programmes for schools and madrasahs travelling from the UAE, combining the spiritual journey with guided educational visits to historically significant Islamic sites in Makkah and Madinah.
Every school Umrah is planned around the institution’s specific requirements: age-appropriate guiding, supervision ratios agreed in advance, curriculum-linked site visits, and a single point of contact for the school administration from enquiry to return. Paperwork, from consent forms and medical declarations to visa processing, is coordinated through us, not left to individual parents.
Sample itinerary: 5 nights, 6 days
3 nights in Makkah and 2 in Madinah. All Ziyarat sessions are led by a licensed guide with an educational focus, structured around the school’s curriculum requirements where specified.
Day 1: Depart the UAE
Fly to Jeddah or Madinah depending on itinerary direction. Transfer to the hotel, orientation and check-in.
Day 2: Umrah in Makkah
The group performs Umrah together with the guide. Rest and reflection in the afternoon.
Day 3: Makkah Ziyarat
Guided educational visit: Jabal al-Noor (Cave of Hira), Jabal Thawr, Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah, each explained in the context of Islamic history and the life of the Prophet ﷺ.
Day 4: Transfer to Madinah
Afternoon Ziyarat: Masjid Quba, Masjid Qiblatain and Mount Uhud. Maghrib at Masjid an-Nabawi.
Day 5: Madinah
Morning at Masjid an-Nabawi. Time for personal reflection and optional additional visits.
Day 6: Return to the UAE
Return flight home. Rawdah permits must be arranged individually by each student through the Saudi Ministry’s official app before travel; we advise schools to include this in the pre-departure checklist.
